How Do You Know Your Display Is in the Right Hands?

Working with an overseas display factory comes with important questions. Here’s how we reduce the risks around structure, printing, production, assembly, and delivery before your displays reach the retail floor.

You don’t need a finished dieline. Product specs, target retailer, a display idea, or budget target can be enough to get the project started.

Yes. A prototype lets you check product fit, structure, capacity, graphics, and assembly before committing to a full production run.

Material grade, flute, structure, reinforcement, and product load are considered during engineering. Load and transit testing can also be arranged when required.

The approved sample becomes the production reference for structure, dimensions, materials, printing, and key details, with QC checks throughout production.

Color proofs can be prepared for approval before mass printing, giving production a confirmed color reference to follow.

Displays can be developed around the requirements of your target retailer, including footprint, height, pallet configuration, product accessibility, assembly, and shipping considerations.

Timing depends on structure, quantity, printing, and finishing. Your production schedule is reviewed before ordering so you know the expected sample and mass-production timeline upfront.

Yes. Displays can be shipped flat-packed or pre-assembled, with sea, air, and door-to-door delivery options based on your timeline, volume, and landed-cost target.

Yes. The display is fast to assemble, and we have pre-assembly options and assembly instructions/video.

Yes. Using 5-Layer master cartons, corner protection, palletization and do ISTA/transit testing before mass production.

Yes. The factory is equipped with facilities of printing, mounting, die-cutting, gluing, packing, warehouse, production capacity and QC.

Your Display Should Arrive Exactly as Approved.

No surprises between the approved sample and the displays delivered to you. From structure and brand colors to strength, packing, and final inspection, every critical detail is controlled before your order leaves the factory. Your approval becomes the standard we follow through production.
